Sprawdź, czy nie włączył się secure boot w BIOS i/lub fast boot w Windows (nie pamiętam, czy masz dualboot).

W Bios jest Disabled. Przy uruchamianiu pojawiają się jakieś błędy.

Dla mnie to jest jakiś bug, być może sam NM też ma tu swoją winę.
Spróbuj na starszym jądrze.
