Wysokie użycie dysku HDD

Cześć,
zauważyłem  po diodzie na obudowie komputera ok. 10-minutową ciągłą pracę dysku co kilka dni. Prawdopodobnie to dysk HDD WD Blue 1TB (dysk posiada 1 partycję w formacie NTFS). Otwarcie programu Double Commander w tym czasie zajmuje kilka sekund z zakładkami właśnie do dysku HDD. W komputerze mam jeszcze dysk systemowy SDD Kingston 60 GB (swap, / i home). Timeshift mam ustawiony raz w tygodniu i to wykluczam.
