Wygląda, że jest problem z bibliotekami 32 bit.
Jak już jesteś tak wprawiony w stawianiu systemu na nowo, to może spróbuj Minta 19, tam obsługa tych bibliotek w wersji 32 bit była bezproblemowa (jeśli pamięć mnie nie myli).

Pamiętaj, że Twoje gameid to 22490, więc ta powyższa ścieżka powinna być chyba odpowiednio zmodyfikowana: steamapps/compatdata/22490/pfx/system.reg
To co trzeba wpisać do rejestru to też chyba trzeba zmodyfikować pod Twoją grę, ale nie jestem pewien.
Steam domyślnie lokuje gry, jeśli dobrze pamiętam, w katalogu domowym w katalogu steam lub steamlibrary.
