Dziwnie to działa... na 18.3 też były problemy, zwłaszcza z ustawieniem lokalizacji. Zrobiłem to "ręcznie", czyli wklepałem dane do pliku ~/.config/my-weather-indicator/my-weather-indicator.conf i to, co wyświetla program, zgadza się z tym, co mam za oknem
