Trwała utrata adaptera Bluetooth po uśpieniu systemu

Witajcie.

Od dłuższego czasu trapi mnie problem systematycznej utraty adaptera Bluetooth, po uśpieniu systemu. Problem dotyczył systemu/ów z gałęzi 19.x, podobnie jest przy 20.x. Sęk w tym, ze potrafi nie wrócić do "żyw", przez kilka miesięcy, i nie ma znaczenia czy wykonuję restart systemu, czy uśpienie.
Urządzenie blue jest zintegrowanie wraz z adapterem wifi w RTL8821ce. Sterownik otwartoźródłowy, dostarczany przez system Mint.
