od dość dawna wnerwia mnie pewna dolegliwość mojego Minta. Co "x" uruchomień (powiedzmy co 7-10) mam podwójne ikony w zasobniku. Najczęściej podwójna jest ikona regulacji głośności, przy czym na regulację reaguje tylko jedna z nich. Zdarza się jednak, choć dużo rzadziej, podwójna ikona menadżera aktualizacji lub połączeń sieciowych.
Co może być przyczyną? Widzę to już od wersji 19...

- PPM na panelu i wejdź w tryb edycji panelu,
- wejdź w Applety i usuń applet "Tacka systemowa" - to właśnie ten.
- wyłącz tryb edycji panelu,
- uruchom ponownie komputer i ponownie wejdź w tryb edycji panelu,
- dodaj ten applet - "Tacka systemowa".

Póki co pomogło zresetowanie panelu i ustawienie wszystkiego na nowo. Poobserwuję i dam znać, czy problem ustąpił definitywnie.
Dodam, że korzystam z własnej konfiguracji /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf

0 Zrobiłem jeszcze jedną rzecz i czekam na efekty (kilka.kilkanaście uruchomień). Póki co nic nie piszę, bo jak nie zadziała może to kogoś wprowadzić w błąd.
Nie, nie korzystam z wielu monitorów.
Dodano po pewnym czasie:
Niestety błąd podwójnych ikon się powtórzył (podwójna ikona regulacji głośności). Tym razem jednak nic nie zostało odnotowane w raportach systemowych (raport o awariach). Nie ma żadnego wpisu.
