Spróbuj tak, po kolei:

Ta karta powinna być wykrywana bo jest wspierana od jądra 4.2 https://linux-hardware.org/index.php?id=usb:148f-7601
Ze skryptu wynika, że masz załadowany moduł mt7601u, ale to tyle bo interfejsu nie widać.
Można spróbować załadować kernel z linii 4, jeśli masz taki do wyboru w swoim menadżerze pakietów.
Pokaż jeszcze pełną zawartość pliku /var/log/kern.log. Wrzuć na pastebin i daj linka.

Co to znaczy??

Uruchom komputer, jeśli wyświetli się menu GRUB, wyberz opcje zaawansowane i z nich uruchomienie systemu na starszym jądrze ale zdaje się, że 19.3 instaluje kernel 5.3 dlatego trzeba by najpierw doinstalować starszy kernel z pomocą menedżera aktualizacji: Widok, jądra Linuksa, wybierz ostatnie z linii 4.18 i zainstaluj je. Potem zrób to co w pierwszej części zdania.

Z drugiej strony... może to nie profesjonalne... Wink

A ściągnij sobie jeszcze obraz 64 bit i zobacz czy na nim ta karta ruszy.
Nie instaluj, tylko w trybie live-cd sprawdź.
